Our Techno Multi Purpose Sealant works as a 3 in 1 solution. It can work as a Water Block, Lap Sealant or as a Universal Sealant.

It is formulated to provide a seal when used under compression, for example behind a termination bar or pipe seal jubilee clip, whilst also being able to seal and protect the exposed edge of flashing products. A 300ml cartridge will seal approx. 3 linear metres.
